Welcome to Think Orange. We work with multiple trusted suppliers and manufacturing partners worldwide to deliver premium streetwear and smart clothing products worldwide. Because of this, delivery times may vary depending on the item ordered.

By placing an order with Think Orange, you agree to the following Delivery & Returns Policy.


Delivery Policy

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods, launches, limited drops, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


Estimated Delivery Times

As we use different suppliers and fulfilment partners, delivery times vary by product.

Estimated shipping times are:

  • Next Working Day Delivery — selected UK items only
  • 2–7 Business Days — standard UK orders
  • 1–3 Weeks — premium, made-to-order, smart clothing, or international supplier items

Some orders containing multiple items may arrive separately.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to:

  • Supplier processing times
  • Courier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes


International Shipping

We ship worldwide where available.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Local handling fees

Think Orange is not responsible for customs delays or charges applied by local authorities.


Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details via email once dispatched.

Some supplier shipments may update tracking information with delays.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct before checkout.

Think Orange is not responsible for:

  • Lost parcels due to incorrect addresses
  • Failed deliveries caused by customer error
  • Additional shipping costs for re-delivery


Lost or Delayed Orders

Think Orange is not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.


Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with tags and original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Limited edition releases
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Opened wearable/smart technology products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items
  • Clearance or sale items unless faulty


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was received
  • The product arrived damaged

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Think Orange is not responsible for lost return parcels.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges due to limited stock availability.

If you require a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A description of the fault

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.
